Brasserie Le Central

We have eaten here about half a dozen times on various holidays to the Basque area of France. Always look forward to going there as the food and service are good. Simple menu but plenty of choice and everything is well cooked and good quality produce. The waiters are excellent. Can get very busy, particularly on the terrace, but there is always room for everyone and I can't remember seeing anyone not being found a table. Very popular with the locals - a good sign. The food is simple but filling and the portions are a good size. Very reasonably priced. We will visit again in June!

Arrival in Cambodia Les Bain on our way to Espelette for our accommodation, but wanted to lunch... wow we were lucky to choose this brasserie. the seating was almost full so that we overestimated that many others had made a similar choice. We ordered...1 La Fermiere and 1 La Volaillere and a 50c VIN and topped it with a grand noir... we would dine here again for lunch and others would do the same.

Family of 4, discovered on tripadvisor as good value for money. Food is served in the evening from 18:45. Not busy but holidays are just starting. Some locals eating there so good sign.Food fresh and is marked as prepared in the kitchen.Average price 10-12 euros per dish.

Delicious crepes with a good beer were exactly what we wanted after a busy day. It was a Sunday evening after a big festival in the city and very hard to find an open dining area. That was very welcoming and good food.

Nice restaurant menu for 12,5 euros with starter main course dessert wine specialities From pays basque like axoa could be better if the wine was better quality but in average good restaurant
