Brasserie le Grand Cafe Francais

Simple, local dishes with large portions at a very reasonable price for the lunch menu. There are 2 main indoor sitting areas, the old brasserie with 1920s deco, a modern dining room at the back- and of course the terrasse in Summer which gets booked very quickly when weather is sunny. Huge salads too with local ingredients like Comté cheese and saucisse de Morteau.

Arrived without knowing nothing about the place, the resturang was almost full but still got a table, lot of locals. It took over 30 min to order, but the food arrived quickly and it was good. If you are in a hurry do not choose this place, if you don't mind gossiping a bit with the neighbour or look at people, then maybe choose another place. Still great food.

If you come with children, be sure you wil be received with hostility. We were not welcomed at all and the waitress suggests us to leave if we were not up to order what she wanted. It was not acceptable; we moved to another restaurant where we found a friendlier staff. Too bad for them!

A French restaurant with a large selection to allow everybody find something. Service was good and home wine inexpensive and good Just what we were looking for

Good place to eat the lunch menu for reasonable price.Its fast, cheap,good.Drinks are little bit more expensive,but good choise
