I had a good memory of this brewery and last night I came out really disappointed with a totally impersonal welcome, a dish served when the appetizer is not finished, an andouillette supposed to be flambé au genièvre..... without a juniper and a dessert without interest € a gourmet tea!!! the bosses were absent and this is regrettable you have to straighten the bar ...
