We had an ok lunch here to be fair. The portions were good to generous and the ambience dining outside pleasant apart from the perennial smokers that French restaurants still allow to pollute the outside dining areas.....when will they learn that smoking while others are...eating is simply plain bad manners. OK whinge over. The service started out fine and was reasonably prompt and efficient but as it came towards the end of lunchtime our coffee order was forgotten and when re-orderd greeted with a surly look and then slapped down on the table without a word. The bill took ages to organise and we left feeling we were more of a nuisance than valued customers......needless to say no tip here....
Situé en centre ville, l’établissement propose une terrasse avec de petites tables très serrées, vous mangez avec vos voisins… en bordure d’une route très fréquentée oú passent de nombreux camions, c’est très bruyant. Le service est de qualité, mais l’attente un peu longue. Vous trouverez une grande carte de burgers pour les amateurs du genre et d’autres plats plus classiques. Une brasserie comme de nombreux établissement du genre, c’est pas mauvais, mais rien d’exceptionnel. Les prix sont corrects.
This was the enlightenment of our day. At a Monday evening when everything is closed in a small village next to the Rhône. And being frustrated by a dirty hotel we stayed in. We had a wonderful diner, a burger of the day at Brasserie...le Tenois! The waiter that helped us was a wonderful guy trying its best to help us in English. If you’re ever driving the park you’re car at Brasserie Le Tainois and make sure to order one of the specials of the day!
The service was quick and friendly. The steak turned up very rare (I asked for medium well. Another steak came but was very fatty. I could only eat a small part of it (entrecôte). Very disappointing.

Nice terrace to quench your thirst during the day and good brasserie. We ate there in the evening, it was good and plentiful. The value for money is correct.
