I advise, to fully enjoy the experience of this superb brewery, to say a special escalope Saint-Charles please and to feast without knowing what you order (the first time of course). Otherwise you can also turn to the menu or the dish of the day that are very good and varied. desserts are good too, be careful if you want to have a choice, you have to come around 12am rather than 1pm Coffee is served with speculos or chocolate, which is appreciable.
