Brasserie zu Gutenberg

We had lunch here, it was cold outside. Waiter was not interested to give us table for three, although, on each table there was reservation. Finally, one of the guests, who was leaving call us to his table. Once when we settled everything was ok.This is more French restaurant , but amount of food on the plate sis more on the German side.We had good French onion soup , two Schweineschnitzel "Wiener Art" and Elsässer Flammkuchen , and everything was good , pretty fast served.

We went to this restaurant because it has one of the highest rating in Potsdam. Yes the beer is okay and the staff less unhelpful than some of the reviews here would imply but the food we had was less than inspiring. All I can think is the regular chef was away. My suggestion is go one street over and there are a wealth of more interesting looking places to eat.

This restaurant has an excellent atmosphere, great service, and even better food! I really don't think there's a bad place to eat here in Potsdam!I had the Cordon Bleu, and it was magnificent! They also have a very fine wine and beer selection. Located in the main café and shopping district of old town Potsdam. I highly recommend this one!

A solidly German food restaurant in the centre of Potsdam with a fairly wide menu but we were not disappointed by potato or onion soups followed by port escalopes and fish (Zander) for main course. A bar serves drinks to start which meant we started with martinis or a local beer. All in all a good choice for dinner. Reserva una mesa ahora

Came in with the intention of having a meal and started off with a beer, which came fast. Reviewed the menu and then failed to have a server return for about 20 minutes. Finished my beer and went elsewhere. Still a good place to grab a drink and it is in a good location.

We entered a rainy day and were hungry and thirsty.We left happy and hope to return:Nice local food, perhaps with some influence from Italy.Served rather fast and the beer made it possible to wait a bit.Locals and tourists in a mixture !

Visited here based on the trip adviser reviews. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. My only criticism would be that the portions were way too large and that I felt guilty about wasting so much food.

In the restaurant atmosphere is relaxed. Even during rush hour personal was very friendly and service was fast. Delicious food. 5+ Reserva una mesa ahora

I had a stake with rosemary potatoes and cream mushrooms there. No complains, just delicious. The place has style as well.

We had an amazing meal here and all had the best schnitzel we've ever had. Would thoroughly recommend.
