When I arrived, there was a line of customers and two cashiers, but one of them stepped away from the register just as I joined the line, leaving me to wait for about 15 minutes. I understood it was a busy lunch hour, so I patiently waited. However, when it was finally my turn, the cashier, who introduced herself as Giana, the Bakery Manager, was extremely rude and disrespectful. She had her back to me, engrossed in conversation with her coworkers, despite knowing I was next in line. I had to say “excuse me” several times, and she continued to ignore me until I pointed out her disrespectful behavior. Only then did she apologize, but it was clear that this wasn’t my first negative experience...

OMG ok ok I don't know how I have not made a review for this place yet. Well, I have been slacking, or maybe not. I don't want to let the cat out of the bag. This is my hands down favorite place to hit up when I'm in the Napa area. After doing some tasting this is the place to be. Or like we do stop in between tastings. The service is always on point. I must come enough that they even remember me sometimes. The food here is just amazing we have never had a bad meal. The fresh mozzarella is to die for. The duck Bolognese is always a show-stopper. Lovely dinner on the patio in the cool October evening. The staff was very nice and even let me have my little dog on my lap and they had a real nice patio heater so it was all very comfortable. I think my wait staff was in training and was a little preoccupied, but constant perfection isn't possible and the piper has to be paid sometime, right? I will return. Really nice place for dinner. I'm giving this restaurant a five-star review because I wish I could give it six! The service was excellent, the ambiance was wonderful, and the food and wine were outstanding. I highly recommend the mozzarella special on toast, which comes with heirloom tomatoes (available seasonally). It was so good that we ended up ordering another round after the first!

I love this place, normally I stop by their bakery on the weekends for some wine and ... Breakfast. I finally tried their restaurant and it was amazing. Good food and wine.
