the ideal stay is here after a long autumn hike. very more than a decade we come back and forth, sometimes with dog and the chef manfred has always pushed into a place for us in the full house. out to sit in front of the house also goes, only there are the old well known chickens from the stall next shy. an ideally located guest house and eating is franconian.
Good and savory beer from the home brewery, with delicious Franconian food and at reasonable prices. The half barbecue chickens are great and my recommendation Mufflon Ragout . Simply delicious.. Seats are available inside and outside. Very nice staff. Definitely recommended. We like to come back!
Nice brewery inn with delicious food. There is also a daily ticket with changing dishes. We had half the chicken with pommes and salad, and the semmel dumplings with pifferlings (from the day card). Both were excellent. Very tasty was also the dark and bright beer. We'll definitely be back.

Cosy guest room with tiled stove. Nice and friendly service. Very good food, good choice. Price level is fine. Large beer selection with seasonal beers. The Helle is recommended!
For more than 30 years, go two, three times a year from Nuremberg to Ott. There are just the best chickens and a super beer. Very recommended.
World-best chicken with carafe salad, Cordon Bleu and schnitzel. The best menu from all over Upper Franconia. It was leaking. Every time

"Wenn wir mal in die Fränkische fahren halten wir immer in Streitberg an und füllen unseren Vorrat auf. Sehr leckere Brände, und Liköre mit sehr fruchtigen Noten. Alles richtig lecker. Und der Preis und der Service ist auch super."
