We stayed in the very picturesque town of Schwandorf and decided to take this place, especially because of the friendly waiter who stood outside while on a break. Opening the door with a bright smile, we went to a restaurant that was practically full of locals always a good sign! Two minutes later we were presented with a beer and an English menu. Delicious house prepared sausages, fresh salad and fast and friendly service combined with excellent value for money make this place a solid favorite a real winner.

We stayed in this restaurant on the way from Prague to Munich to have a lunch, the staff was very welcoming and offered us an English language menu, the food was quite good and there were many choices, the portions were generous in size... and both the presentation and quality of the dishes were over standard. You don't accept credit cards and you have to go there before 2:00. As they close from 2 am to 4 pm. Parking nearby.

Familien geführtes Lokal, Von der Bedienung bis zur Küchenhilfe alle super nett. Essen immer sehr lecker und reichlich, hab noch nie etwas schlechtes bekommen. Der Chef zaubert mir immer etwas zusammen. Habe bis jetzt noch nicht von der Speisekarte bestellt.
