"Stopped by as part of a beer tour, but found their food to be excellent. The smell from the kitchen of the sausage and bacon cooking was amazing. The beer was excellent as well it's encouraging to see many small breweries on the rise in Austria."

I live on site and decided to take my parents here for lunch one day, my daughter had a camp and I had the opportunity to have a nice lunch alone with them! The restaurant was pretty busy, but there were some tables. So we sat down and had a quick service, My mother and I are both lactose intolerant, so I always have to ask and check. Our server assured me that the salads we ordered did not contain milk products. My salad was beautiful, but my mom's salad had a white dress on it and instead of just apologising and changing tried to argue with me our server and say she had never heard of anything like lactose intolerance! Anyway, after my insistence that a new salad would be required without...
I went there with a relatively large group to actually check for their biomass heating, which is excellent by the way. They also brew their own beer and breeders. A nice old-fashioned brewhouse that basically means a small hotel with restaurant that, as mentioned, makes its own beer. The variety of dishes is not too bad at all and they served relatively well to save the foreign group with special wishes and little time. The stuff is relatively young (and it depends on the mood... but everything in all it was okay. This is a place to have a classic fun and to be loud with a group, neither for a date or a business meeting.
We were taken here for lunch by relatives who had eaten here many times before. The food was excellent, probably the best carving I had on this whole trip. The service was fast and polite, although the place was very crowded. I tried the house beer, which was acceptable, but not excellent. I strongly recommend eating here, but stay with the commercial beer.
If you pass nearby, you should stop visiting this restaurant. It has a very affordable menu price for lunch and you get soup, a main dish and a dessert. Quality price is very good. Unfortunately I didn't like the dessert very much, sth like cream and ice cream, but this is personal taste. I will come back to try new things, and I warmly recommend it:
