We were a family for a cozy evening in the brewhouse. The restaurant itself is very stylish and looks very welcoming. The service was very friendly throughout. Beverages and food were also brought very quickly. The service is especially worth mentioning for me here, as the waiter has already imagined the wishes. A vegetable pan, a Schnitzel Thüringer type and a carving with Rahmchampignons were ordered. Now I want to make my dish a little closer. The carving was professionally well done. (Scarving was dried on kitchen paper) Unfortunately, it was not quite convincing. My schnitzel was not well seasoned and the Rahmchampignons were also a little faded, but made fresh. The food was very delicious and the staff friendly. The staff ate first in peace at night and about 20 min did not clean our empty plates, we could not order a drink and due to the festivities there was a limited selection of the card... I have no problem with the staff taking a break, but at least one of the services should continue to strive for the guests. Otherwise you can recommend it for the delicious food
Fresh food, the salad nicely crunchy and you immediately taste that the carvings are roasted on the grill plate and not in the pan or pan, as we have unfortunately already experienced in other locals. The service is also beautiful, takes time for a short conversation, although much should be done. The toilets are clean and fragrant for lavender. We'll be back.

We were at the Schnitzelschmiede dinner. The restaurant is nicely decorated. The selection of dishes is rich and tasted very good. The staff was friendly. A reservation is useful. Parking in front of the house, as well as a terrace. We can recommend the restaurant.
Top price and very tasty! Great ambience, very nice operation and everything available for babies and toddlers (Wickeltisch, Toilettensitz, Hochstuhl, playground). Very recommended!
The carvings were good, additions were good. However, the service could have been more friendly. Ambience was okay, there were many things that happened very hectic.
Nice, cozy ambience. Friendly service. Incredibly large selection of carving variations and more. Everything fresh and tasteful. Big portion. We're coming back!
