We were kindly greeted and had a free choice. The service was friendly and a candle was illuminated directly at the table. The only manko was that after serving was not asked for well-being again. The menu was clear and additionally there was a map with the recommendations of the house. After a short time we already knew which dishes we decide. The lady ordered delicate pork larvae (250 grams with mushroom cream sauce and there were late zle (16.90€). The meat was soft and delicate. Homemade, beautifully dressed herbal butter was served. I traveled through kassel and held in tbis little “Brauhaus”. while not much from the outside, it was brilliant on the inside! I was immediately greeted by friendly staff. the locally brewed beer was very good, I ordered a seasonal “winter beer”, it was excellent! for eating I ordered the carving with mushrooms, it was also excellent. great cozy place, I would recommend it very much!
We spent an evening here with a big group. Food and drinks were excellent. We just didn't feel very welcome from the very first contact when we made the reservation. Barkeeper (Owner? Restaurant Manager seemed bugged by guests. Our waitress was very friendly though.
For us actually 2nd choice where there was no place elsewhere. Don't regret it. Very friendly service, delicious beer and excellent steak. Some steakhouse can take an example. Come again!

Great ambience. As a vegetarian, I had strong reservations, as the menu is very meaty. But what there was was really great. The plates of the Carnivores looked very sharp.
