Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store

We come here often and love it most of the time but the service and at times food are going down hill lately. The vanilla frozen yogurt machine is broken at least 75% of the time. The lady in the pickup window (day shift) has been rude on several occasions. The chicken strips are more like chicken nuggets and some of the drinks are flat. Hopefully this is temporary because we do enjoy eating here and stopping for ice cream often!

Commerce does not have many fast food places, so naturally Braum's is my friend group's go to. The service is always friendly and accommodating to a large group. They may be slow, but quality is their bread and butter. A combo meal drink can be exchanged for a vanilla or chocolate shake free of charge.

Rachel did a very bad service with us was being rude and they gave us pecans that were as hard as a rock made my mom lose her bracket and yet when I tried talking to her for my mom she said I'm not speaking with you and can be even worse for seniors might even make them lose a tooth

They were super busy, as always, but as always my sundae was amazing and it was worth the wait! And another thing, their water, seriously hands down the best tasting water ever! It adds a whole nother level after you finish all that dairy!

Always super yummy ! Wait time is never long either! Food comes out hot and fresh! We don't have Braums in the area we live in so any chance we are near one...we go!

They always mess up my burger when I go there and the burger is made really messy like someone just threw it together and hoped it resembled a burger.

Great service! Go here every morning and no complaints at all, I recommend this place definitely for breakfast, it totally has that southern feel!

Best shakes in town!! Fast service. Employees are very friendly, the general manager is awesome and store is very clean. Highly recommend

This Braum's store was very nice and has a newer feel to it, unlike the getto ones in Garland , TX Fast service and clean.

Got a bag of burgers and a malt. Burgers were delicious and hot and malt was perfect. Nice people.
