Braunston Fryer - Reserva de mesa

The fish was fantastic, but the chips were just average. To be honest, I think they were probably frozen first since the restaurant is in the middle of the countryside. The freshly fried cod had a great batter, and the mushy peas were excellent. However, the chips were a letdown. I've been to many chip shops in my life that don't hold and keep their chips fresh. Despite this, I would still return to this restaurant. They just need to improve the chips.

We stopped in here a while ago. What a great Fish Chips shop. Fish freshly fried up quickly in front of you. Chips were great. Huge portion, great for a second fry up of left overs. Charming owner. The Wheatsheaf pub near by doesn't serve food, so one can take your Fish Chips there to enjoy with a bevvie. Highly recommend.

Absolutely delicious fish and chips. Very generous portion and super friendly staff. Super busy as it was Saturday but I didn’t have to wait very long. Well supported by local residents usually a good sign.

Chips were greesy, very hard with hardly potatoe in side, cold and clearly been refried from a previous service. Couldnt eat them they went in the bin. Battered sausage was ok. Reserva una mesa ahora

Small chips was .£2.80 get bigger trays at the coast) chips tasted like dirty oil , the smell and colour was just wrong such a shame , but boaters, don't waste your money

Absolutely delicious. Large portions. Friendly service. Clearly popular with the locals. Definitely recommend and will return next time we’re passing through.
