Good, fresh bread. Better than any other load I 've eaten since moving to the greater DC area almost 20 years ago. Good enough that I drive 30 minutes each way monthly to keep me in sandwiches. Also, enough varieties of bread that there 's sure to be one you 'll like. My favorites are every variety of rye bread that they make and I like their baguettes better than any other I 've ever eaten. The selection changes from day to day, so check the website before you go. I recently had the pleasure of trying the vanilla and chocolate chip challah, as well as the 100% whole wheat bread, at this fantastic bakery that opened in July 2014. Having sampled many different bakeries, I can confidently say this one is as good as what I've experienced in Israel! They offer the best challah in the DMW area. I've become a regular customer for their 100% whole wheat bread, which is always fresh and soft. The service was excellent, thanks to the friendly young ladies and gentlemen who assisted me with my order. This bakery is definitely worth a stop in Potomac!
The bread is absolutely delicious and tastes incredible, especially knowing that it’s preservative-free, which is very important to me. The owners are a lovely couple and very welcoming. I made sure to thank them for opening such a wonderful, healthy place in the neighborhood. (Kissor, you wouldn't believe it!)
I got a loaf of the Italian White and a loaf of the Russian Rye (similar to pumpernickel). Both were very delicious, especially the white, stays really fresh when frozen, and they sliced it nicely for me. Great place. Will return again for more bread.

I bought a cinnamon coffee cake from them which happened to have two layers which is rare for that type of item. It was actually pretty good and we all enjoyed it. I will likely return here in the future. Highly recommended!
I visit Breadsmith every week for their fresh and delicious bread and pastries. The store is clean, and the staff are friendly and courteous. It's one of the best bakeries in the area, and I highly recommend it to everyone!
Unadorned and unpretentious plain store front, but inside awaits you all the baked goods which are excellent old fashioned breads-The ones you can smell and taste the good quality wheat!!! Good and cheerful staffs!!
breadsmith potomac. it is wonderful to have a great bakery in the neighboring. it's double wonderful that it's kosher. the staff is always friendly, the bread and cake are delicious.

I absolutely love the bread here. It is baked more than once daily and so fresh and delicious. My favorite are the desserts breads especially the pumpkin pie with chocolate chips.
