Simply delightful! For months, my boyfriend (Jim) and I had heard about the wonderful food and atmosphere at Brent’s Bistro. We finally had an opportunity to experience it first hand last evening. We were not disappointed! The food at this bistro is fantastic and the service is top-notch. While it may be a bit on the pricey side, the quality definitely justifies it. The dishes are fresh and delicious, and I don't mind splurging when it's worth it. I will definitely be coming back here again. The atmosphere is also great, with plenty of parking available in a free parking lot. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a lovely dinner experience. Absolutely LOVE this place. It can be difficult to get into without reservations even on the off season. It is without a doubt an absolute favorite; with a new menu weekly freshness is delivered! Excellent cuisine and very good service. Loved the grouper with figs and brie. The fie cracker shrimp were a delightful mix of tender shrimp and a touch of warmth. Didn't get to the desserts as I was entirely too full from two wonderful courses. We have dined at this restaurant four times and each experience has been phenomenal. We will be celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary here in October. The service and food have always been top-notch. The service is excellent, the meal type is dinner, with a price range of $50-100 per person. The food and service both receive a rating of 5, while the atmosphere is a 4.

exhausted experience. one of us had an eating with which he was unhappy, and the server did not hesitate to replace it very quickly, and smile with a smile. wonderful restaurant!
