I ordered delivery through GrubHub, and they indicated that someone from the restaurant would be bringing the food. I received a notification that my order was on its way, along with an estimated arrival time. However, half an hour after it was supposed to arrive, I called to check on the status. The person on the line sounded confused and said the driver had just left and was on the way. Ultimately, the food never arrived, and when I tried to call back after waiting another half hour, they didn't answer. I really wonder how this place is still in business.
When I tell you this place should shut its doors. They should be ashamed of themselves for serving this so called pizza. I asked for a cheese pizza and received a pizza full of tomato paste spread on a burnt crust topped with a hand full of so called cheese when I asked for extra cheese. The absolute worst that I've had in my life. Rating???? Minus 1 star.
The people that work here are kind and I had quick service. But I do have to say it was one of the worst pizzas I have had in a long time. You can tell the quality of ingredients are not a priority. Even the pepperoni had no flavor. There is a local place down the street that serves much better pizza, so I would suggest you spend your money there.
This restaurant takes a minimum of 1.5 hrs to deliver a pizza, despite being on DoorDash and grubhub. Good food but not worth the wait, especially since you have no idea when the food will be delivered. Waited almost 2 hrs just to get 1 of the pizzas I ordered and 1 random ones.

Bottom tier service. Ordered through uber eats. Somehow this store is the only one that couldnt see the gate code and left my food on the ground outside the apartment building claiming they tried to call me. Then said there was nothing they could do when they called.
I called and asked if they served slices. They said, Yes . I arrived 10 minutes later and asked for a slice. Same person that answered phone said no. I looked perplexed. He smirked at me and laughed. Why does Donelson have the worst food options ever? Wtf
The restaurant has a well-documented history of mistreating customers. It's a shame, but it seems they are headed for closure. The food is often unhygienic, the staff is rude, and there are reports of questionable business practices.
You can't pay with cash after 10 PM, which is a bit inconvenient. The phone payment system seems a bit sketchy, almost like they're using a Google Voice number.
