First of all, I am not complaining. I am just making an observation. I use this coffee shop ever time I am in Evesham, it’s a great place with great tasting coffee………. But yes, there is a “but”. When the new owner took over, he had a first-class coffee barista working on the machine, and the coffee was spot on, strength, flavour and temperature. Now some will say the flavour is in the bean and nothing to do with the Barista, but if they over extract, it can be bitter. Since that first visit under the new owner, I have not seen the amazing barista since, it’s always a variety of young woman. This used to be a lovely cafe in Evesham but since changing hands it is a real disappointment. The coffee is fine but they REALLY need to sort out their food offerings. We had a 'panini ' each, which was microwaved, and was probably the worst we 'd ever had. Maybe invest in a panini toaster? That way the bread wouldn 't be the consistency of an old bath sponge. Not going back till they sort this out. Time to find a new favourite cafe in Evesham. PS It is wonderful to see young people working hard to make this venture succeed, but please sort the food out!
In these difficult times for the hospitality industry I am not going to write a bad review. However, I was surprised how unwelcoming the lady behind the counter was. From other reviews it seems she is normally polite and friendly so i can only assume i caught her on a bad day. I only stayed for a coffee which was a little on the weak side compared to other independent coffee shops. Shame. I had higher hopes.
Our first time since the new owners took over and glad we went in. Americano was excellent whereas so often it is hit and miss but not here, it really was good. Also had a pain au chocolat and my wife a chocolate brownie, both delicious. The guy serving who I believe is the owner was also friendly and professional, well done Brew Bear!

Really poor service from Rob who appears to be a manager/owner. Quite a condescending man can appear rude. Coffee was average to be honest the latte made with alternative milk did not hold shape ended up as some sort of milky coffee. As a coffee lover I probably would not return. The service and coffee could do with some work.
Popped in for a couple of lattees as noticed it was open(never used to be on a sunday) as now under new management. The guy serving was extremely friendly and welcoming and we really enjoyed our drinks.we will be back and we hope Evesham support this lovely independent business
Checks all the boxes. Friendly. Comfortable in or out. First-class coffee. Snacks. Clean toilets. Great location. And an addiction to bear images, puns, jokes, etc. that just blows past the dad-joke level to full immersion. It was hard to bear, fur goodness' sake.
Officially the first customer before the big opening! Was made a flat white by Jack and as someone who is normally a tea drinker, the flat white I had was DELICIOUS. Cannot wait to see this place officially open!

Would definitely come here again. Lovely lady taking order. Lovely lady waitress. Excellent food and dietary requirements no problem. Friendly with special attention to detail.
As great as it comes across on Facebook!! Panizz was lush (no toms). Staff bubbly and friendly! Lovely mocha too with a cute bear sprinkled on top!
