We went for the Bottomless Wings this week, having seen ads both online and in a sign out on the street the previous week. Firstly the staff were all really lovely both at the bar and at our table, any time we interacted with staff members they were helpful, relatable and friendly. And this was despite what was clearly a very busy night. The food the wings were also of a very high standard. We visited today with family who live locally. We are from Scotland where the management of Brewdog have received of bad press so I wonder if the practice that we experienced is a mandate from higher up or just plain rudeness. We were a group of seven seated in a booth which was not reserved but hall way through our second round of drinks one of the bar staff came over with a card to say that the table was reserved in what was just over an hour’s time from that point. Good food but the staff were ran ragged! Long question at the bar with many waiting. Over at the Dumb Waiter lift the food orders were at least 20 tickets waiting to be served. The staff were very apologetic but I blame the management for the fiasco we had as well as many others complaining. Food finally came for 3 of us but my wifes salad came some 15 minutes later. She is no fan of thigh meat so greasy white and dark meat on a late dish was left. Well done to the poor staff for managing so well were management failed you.
Myself and friends stop for a quick meal at Brewdog prior to visiting the Vue Cinema. I wasn't expecting anything special, and to be honest over the years I've employed hundreds of Chefs and dine in similar restaurants around the world. To say I was disappointed I'm being polite, the chicken breast was overcooked, extremely dry and not freshly cooked, I would say the chicken had been hanging around in a warmer for sometime. I hope the restaurant takes note and make the necessary improvements for their customers.

Came in on a quiet Monday and was immediately greeted by a lady called Lisa, I mentioned it was my friends first time in brewdog. From then the experience just got better!! Within 1 minute Lisa had used her knowledge of the products to sell us two great beers.. that we wouldn’t have gone for if she hadn’t put the effort in to serving us! Clean and great atmosphere will be back because of Lisa’s service.. thank you!!
Went to Brewdog with my family for a birthday meal, I honestly cannot fault this place! Board games, arcade games and it’s even dog friendly, Hannah really went above and beyond! Table decorations, Party hats and colouring books, She really did make us feel comfortable,The food was just perfect
Stopped here on a trip from Essex to Wales on Christmas Eve. Great beers on tap and in fridges, spent a fortune on take aways due to the rest of the drive needed Also returned here as this was where we first met
We always love it here, the team are very welcoming, atmosphere is good and food is great. They’re always so welcoming to our pup too, it’s one of the most dog friendly places in Reading.

Poor quality food, service and communicatiom at inflated prices. It is one of the only paces in Reading that accepts dogs. Nice vibe/decor.
Came in as we knew the brand, and wasn't disappointed. Very friendly staff and good selection of ales.
