I have been a regular patron of this restaurant since 2013 and have always felt at ease and welcomed here. I make it a point to connect with and get to know the bar staff as they come and go. I have maintained friendships with former staff members who have moved on, and I am pleased to see them succeeding in their lives. It is important to show them respect and appreciation, as they are just like the rest of us. Since the restaurant opened its new location on the harbourside in Bristol, it has become a bit quieter, but it remains a fantastic place to enjoy a meal. Was given a 'Beer Experience ' voucher for Christmas and took my old man with me to sample some beers (He 's a big Punk IPA fan). Along with six other wonderful guests, Hugh took us on a journey through the different styles of beer. A fantastic evening and Hugh was a superb host. Cheese selection was great and went well with the beer. Only recommendation would have been to suggest a break in the middle to order some pizzas as the cheese wasn 't really enough to get us through the evening.

Absolutely brilliant service and staff. The food was amazing and they let dogs in so that was a massive advantage for us too. They even had a selection of board games so we played Scrabble. It was nice and quiet inside with large booths which was perfect for use as it had plenty of space. The food, as always, was delicious. We even got 241 on our meals. I could not fault this place and would love to return.

Tom was great at the restaurant, but unfortunately we arrived and they were out of pizza, despite having reserved a table for 6. Tom offered us some complimentary crisps and a 10% discount to make up for the inconvenience, and assured us that he would be as quick as possible in serving us. I dined at this restaurant on a bustling Saturday night. Despite the crowd, the staff provided efficient service. I ordered a burger in a takeout box, and although it was slightly charred in spots, it only enhanced the flavor. It was easily a 10/10 burger, possibly the best I've ever had. I will definitely be returning.

We are 2 elderly gentlemen and at a loss because Broken Dock looks closed. And we wondered, surely this is a place for the young, we will feel very out of place. WRONG! A fine welcome, super beer and delicious food. We loved it and we will be back soon.

I would like to say wow what a great time we had at Brewdog Bristol tasting beers with our Host Hugh So informative and very interesting Also excellent cheese to compliment the beers Thanks Hugh we will be back with our friends Regards Grant

Nice atmosphere, friendly service and a large range of beers (albeit a bit limited if you wanted session strength! . Fairly small, so it will get busy, we had a drink around 10pm on a Tuesday and most seats were taken, Reserva una mesa ahora

Really enjoyed beer school it was very informative. Hugh was very charismatic and made the experience a real joy. Definitely recommend as me and my mate are both students so great value for money.

Very friendly staff! Good selection of beers! I attended the pub quiz also that day at brew dog and I absolutely loved it! Probably one of my favourites pub now
