Brewers Fayre At The Premier Inn

Stayed in Premier Inn went in to eat evening meal on 2nd July what a chaotic experience. We were seated by the kitchen door which banged like a gun shot every time it was used. Only one ale available that was off!!!!! They still tried to charge us for it! We kept having to ask staff who were polite, for everything as they were not organized at all this must be the manager's fault. The food was ok nothing to write home about. Next morning went for breakfast very busy the manager was running around organising her staff her name was Velda, she was brilliant felt for her as the staff she had on shift were not experienced in breakfast, she was trying to train them as well as serving. Family friendly, cheap enough and yet a decent pub style meal.... We stopped here today after doing the Narnia trail at Banstead woods! The lady on the phone was friendly and booked us in straight away for in half an hours time and the service was friendly and fast.Clean and followed covid secure measurements.Highly recommend buttermilk chicken on starters and sweet potato fries were delicious.

Really friendly team there.Visited as part of a big group, and very accommodatingGentleman working late one evening sorted some last drinks out and really happy to hear how the day went.The ladies on breakfast were friendly and happy, even under a very busy breakfast scenario and ensured everyone was happy Good team there!

Had a nice meal today with friends, daytime value menu is great. Curtis was very attentive and friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. Will definitely come back again soon!

We often come to the Heathside with family for breakfast. Very well priced and great food. Family/children friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Wasn’t disappointed in the slightest, our waitress Cristina was a star and the atmosphere made us feel very safe durning COVID-19 times!!
