Brewers Fayre Malt Myre

Came here on a whim after driving past. The restaurant itself is very dated and feels very run down. The carpets up to the toilets look like they have never been cleaned and are black with dirt. I ordered a medium rare steak with salad instead of chips. What I received was a bone dry steak with chips. No salad at all. Nobody came to check how the food was at any stage. The food came quickly and staff were pleasant enough but the quality of the food and dated, rundown interior means we would be unlikely to return.

Omg I stopped in with my mum and the dog. Because and Julie went above and beyond any expectations. My mum has dementia and the attention from these 2 ladies go way beyond anything I've ever experienced. The food was a bonus and a great deal. Thanks ladies for going the extra mile. We will definitely not drive past this place. The guy that was on shift never stopped cleaning. A great wee team thanks thanks thanks

Excellent service from Calum and Megan. Went in for a carvery and a pint and couldn’t have been better the staff were friendly and attentive, the carvery was spot on and the pint was exactly what I needed will definitely be back next Sunday for the same again.

Brilliant service from Sage, Megan and Calum. Came down for a carvery and it was absolutely fantastic the only thing better was the service honestly one of the best places I’ve been in a long time.

Friendly service. Food to a decent standard for a chain pub. Cooked well. Decent sized portions. Ate here as staying at the neighbouring Premier Inn. Fairly good value for money too.

Absolutely amazing....... food was lovely, I had salad which was so filling, hubby had steak and ale pie, he said it was delicious. Staff are so friendly and helpful.

Dinner was fantastic. Food was great, clean plates all round and the staff on duty were helpful and attentive. Only issue was the incredibly sticky table.
