Brewers Fayre Stourbridge Town Centre

Great hotel with good parking and friendly staff. The only downside is the evening dining experience next door at Brewers Fayre, which has a limited menu primarily geared towards kids and families. A more diverse selection would be appreciated, with fewer fried options. The prawn cocktail was excellent; it just needed a lemon wedge to enhance it. Breakfast in the morning was also very good, and the staff were attentive. Overall, it was a relaxing stay. I would definitely return, but I'll choose to eat dinner somewhere else. Rooms: 5

Adequate. It was exactly what one expects from a Premier Inn. The check in team were great, friendly and efficient. The eatery next door was also as expected but the queue to order food took longer than expected. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 3

The staff were very friendly, and the room was very spacious. There was a corner by the reception that was dedicated to children with books, coloring kits, and even puzzles. Loved the hotel, 5 stars. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4
