This location has changed hands multiple times in the past few years, I'm sorry to say that it may happen again. The place seems to have no management on premise, when you walk in the bartender says sit where you want. The tables are dirty the floor is filthy and the reason why is because the bartender has to tend bar and wait on 9 tables. Amazingly they have a food runner that does absolutely nothing but bring food out, so if there are 30 customers, she brings 30 meals out and disappears. She doesn't refill water, bus tables, clean tables or clean the mess on the floor from prior patrons. Every thing is left to the bartender/waiter/bus boy/host, it's absolutely absurd. The food was great, that is whatever they actually had from the menu. They were out of many items that were on the menu which was very disappointing. We were a group of 11. They brought out 3 meals at a time, 10 minutes apart. The kid's food was the last to come out which I had never seen before. The waitress was great until the end when she was no where to be found and another waitress had to print our check for us so we could leave as the kids were getting restless. When we got there, the restaurant was completely empty yet we were still there for almost 2 hours which is a very long time for this type of restaurant.
I went to celebrate New Year's Eve with some friends and was disappointed by the experience. The restaurant was seriously understaffed for such a busy night—only one person was handling everything from serving to bartending. I ordered a medium rare steak, but it arrived well done. We also couldn't get the appetizer we wanted because they had run out after a catering order. Our drinks were barely refilled throughout the evening. Overall, it was not a great experience, and I likely won't be returning.
went for nye with friends. very understaffed for nye at 18:30 o'clock, 1 kerl do everything from serving to bar tending, ordered a steak medium rare and it came well made, had not the appetizers we wanted because a catering order used it all seemingly. barely got drunk again. no great experience. probably not back.

The staff was great but it took over 40 mins for our apps and the fries with our burgers came out cold ! Was under staffed
