Brezelkoenig - Reservar una mesa

Bought two sandwiches today. When I realized that I didn't have enough cash and asked to pay by card, the employee said that it was already too late because he had already typed everything and had already served other customers. When I then scraped together all my coin, he said that 10 francs were still missing, even though I had previously given him a 10 note. Since he had already put everything in the cash register, he no longer had an overview. To top it off, he rolled his eyes and said something to his colleague in another language. Although the sandwiches tasted good, we had gastrointestinal problems the whole evening afterwards, which was quite unpleasant on the plane.

Rude customer service just now. One member of staff was fine, the other, older man was rude. He shouted at me and my husband completely unprovoked while we were trying to pay. I am not at all surprised to see other negative reviews as this is obviously a disgusting pattern of behaviour. We've had nothing but wonderful experiences with this brand, but this man has tarnished that. How disappointing that all of the previous negative reviews seem to have resulted in no change whatsoever.

Rarely have I had such a disappointing experience as at the Brezelkönig at the airport. Not only did my sandwich taste questionable, but it also contained hair! The employee seemed to have no motivation at all. That was definitely my last visit there.

Rude service and every single time I am there (about once a month) they are always out of butter pretzels. How can they not make the most simple pretzel?
