Today, I ordered three hero-sized sandwiches: one egg salad hero (just egg salad) for $14.50, a chicken cutlet with Swiss cheese and pesto for $16.99, and a chicken cutlet with bacon, American cheese, and mayo for $16.99 (they forgot the cheese, so I had to add it myself at home). The total came to $48.48 for just THREE SANDWICHES, which I find absolutely outrageous. Extensive selection of high quality fresh fish and seafood as well as prepared salads, italian cheeses, olives, and breads plus sandwiches made to order. I was in a bit of panic with last minute guests arriving for lunch in less than an hour. Janniello's to the rescue! I have been a loyal customer of Janniello's for the past 20 years. Recently, my husband and I decided to host a reunion for our cousins, which included 10 of us. I reached out to Vinny to see if he could recommend someone to come to our home and cook, as I wanted to focus on spending time with everyone. Vinny generously offered to do the cooking himself, and it was truly exceptional! I can't thank him enough. He came to our home beforehand to plan the menu and arrived with all the food and supplies. I was having a really bad day and the Italian sandwich completely turned my day around. Long story short, a trip upstate turned into a trip to the mechanic and waiting for a tow landed us across from this deli. We were hungry and disappointed but the gentleman at the deli was so friendly and welcoming and the sandwich blew my mind. Fresh bread with the perfect crunchy crust and soft interior sprinkled with sesame seeds and the layers of meat and cheese was truly a work of art. I wish I’d taken photos. I read some reviews and I think this place is overpriced, and sometimes they run out of certain meats like roast beef and other menu items. I personally prefer Rocky's Deli in Millwood. They have fantastic wedges loaded with roast beef, and if you're in the mood for a delicious bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, they make the best around. They were voted one of the best delis for having the tastiest bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches in Westchester. Their Italian combo is also excellent! The service is great, and they attend to you promptly. Plus, they never run out of meats or other popular dishes.
We used Janiello's for my baby shower and they did not disappoint! we ordered sandwiches (the turkey sandwich on the pretzel roll, chicken cutlet, italian combo and a veggie option) and salad (portofino), all the guests complimented the food! They were great at helping decide how much of each option we needed, the order was ready at the pickup time and the food stayed fresh we had leftovers and kept enjoying them for a few days!
Been a few times and it's mostly just an overpriced Acme.$28.99 for sole? How can that be. Other cooked items are usually lacking flavor and other than it being a different place to go to it's nothing special. Owner isn't particularly friendly.
Very expensive and I got charged a customer service fee of $1.00? The guy should have said there would be an extra fee, for what??That is really shady that he charged me a service fee. I will not return.

The food from Vinny is exceptional and the service first class. His meats and seafood are always fresh and tasty. The sandwiches are great also. Highly recommended.
Sandwich was awesome. Fresh italian bread and chicken cutlet. Paninis are great so are the dinners.
