Brick Dough has some of the best pizza you will find anywhere including NYC and Italy, no joke). We had the classic Margherita and the Foraged Fest. Both were on point. The Margherita had a great tomato sauce and high quality mozzarella cheese. And that crust, so soft and billowy. The Foraged Fest was the shroom pizza of the year. It made me want to listen to my favorite jam band Goose. All jokes aside this is the best pizza I’ve ever had. It had Maitake and Cremini mushrooms. Plus some fresh ricotta and mozzarella. We attended a private party here. We have some dietary restrictions (gluten free, other allergies) our server was incredibly attentive, making sure every dish was suitable and bringing out creative replacement options (when the one dish couldn’t be substituted for whatever reason). Because of our food issues, we are used to having to navigate around menus and make do but this experience blew our minds! The gluten free options were plentiful and delicious, especially the gf pizza. I almost cried out of happiness! Food and service were above and beyond. This pizza spot is THE BEST. They’re serving up the best pizza in Montclair and the garlic knots dipped in the Caesar salad dressing is ridiculously good. Crust is perfect. Toppings are great and you can basically make your own pie. I like adding vegan sausage and caramelized onions to the vodka pie. Go here. Eat all the things. You’ll be happy about it.

Absolutely fantastic what owner Jason, Mgr Josh, cook Chris and the crew are doing here. Super fresh, curated ingredients out together in crazy delicious ways. Perfect crusts !!! We had meatball/ricotta and maple bacon pies with citrus salad and incredible Brussels w/ maple aioli. A MUST GO if you’re anywhere in the area and if not worth the travel!!
Incredible experience last night at brick dough. We tried a garlic knot, cheesy breadstick and the bread and butter. I thought the garlic knot was the best. We then had a meatball pizza and chicken parm pizza. I prefer the meatball one. Great atmosphere and service. The chefs looked very happy and in the zone. Will definitely be back!!
My girlfriend and I went to brick and dough and had a fantastic time. The staff was incredibly kind and professional and the food was outstanding. The Mexican corn pizza was out of this world and the price was definitely reasonable. Perfect place for a date night or a family dinner! Thank you so much guys!
Great tasting pizza! The dough is fantastic. Not sure if I like all the pizza options but the ones we had where good. Buffalo style pizza on nice wood fire oven seems weird, neither is wrong bu tv the combination seams odd.

I ordered a New York-style pizza topped with pepperoni and mushrooms. The mushrooms were incredibly fresh and the pepperoni was perfectly crispy. The dough was exceptional, and I could easily eat 25 pizzas all by myself.
Love the food… hate the playlist. They need to change the tunes and lower them just a bit.
