I was in the mood for fresh halibut today, so I made my way to Tiverton. Although I was a bit disappointed to find out they were out of halibut, I was pleased to learn that more would be available tomorrow. A friendly gentleman, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, asked how I intended to prepare the fish. Based on that, he suggested swordfish steaks and recommended using foil on the grill to keep the juices in. We ended up grilling the swordfish with mango salsa, and it was absolutely delicious—the fish practically melted in my mouth. We ended up cooking more than we could handle, so our dogs enjoyed a nice warm treat mixed into their kibble, and they licked their bowls clean! I highly...
