With a name like Bridgewater BAGEL, I was looking forward to a fresh baked bagel. Nope. Although the bagels are displayed behind a glass case at the counter, they are simply taking plastic bags of 1/2 dozen bagels and dumping them in the display case. Yes, the staff is capable of toasting a bagel and spreading cream cheese on it, and the atmosphere is a cute neighborhood vibe, but you might as well go to a supermarket and buy bagels if you're competent using a toaster at home.
Sorry but this place is/was horrible. Maybe they just had a bad day. My cinnamon raisin bagel was burned black, hard and tasteless. The honey walnut cream cheese was a clump of clay and just didn't taste good. The coffee was fine and the service was okay but I felt I was just tossing my money away... I guess I did because 2 bites in and I tossed it in a trash can.
my first and last time here. no idea why it has almost 5 stars. waited about 25 minutes for 2 barely roasted bagels and 2 terrible coffees. we were the only people in the load when we gave our job felt bad for the line that caused their confusion. extremely too expensive. the workers have something to say. Save time and money, don't come here.
I've gone in a handful of times, the owner seems to be the one working which she gets backed up totally get it but there's always a attitude. I go for the lotus drinks which I love!! Last time I went in the drink was flat and again didn't have the best customer service. Reserva una mesa ahora
If I could do one star I would, the atmosphere is extremely uncomfortable and the owner seemed irritated when myself and my sister were ordering. Should've walked out when we saw the back the blue flag. Will never return
Apon walking in the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Not the biggest selection of bagels but bagel was fluffy and crunchy at the same time. Affordable price, fluffy delicious cream chesse, overall would recommend.
Why go get a bagel at Dunkins when you can get one at a local place? Bwater Bagels are always good. Great prices and always friendly service.
