Bridgewater Coffee Shop has become a breeding ground for the most inconsiderate callous customer service I have ever experienced.As much as I like to support small businesses the standard at Bridgewater Coffee has dropped significantly.The shop itself has a very aesthetically pleasing setup, perfect for any occasion whether that is meeting with friends, studying, or simply getting a treat. It is also cost-efficient if you are on a budget.However, the pleasant atmosphere simply cannot make up for the careless customer service and blatant favoritism. Warm welcoming atmosphere with plenty of smiles and laughter. Great coffee and although frozen, they even had a sweet gluten free treat available! Parking: Parking directly in front of the building.

Stopped in for a cup of coffee and some studying. People were nice. Dark roasted coffee was good. Nice and hot! Atmosphere was inviting.
