Brief Encounter Refreshment Room

we were told how nice it was to eat. so we had to visit. great eating and nice pleasant staff. very friendly at the arrival. cafe clean and tidy. pie and maische were so delicious. suppe was so thick with a nice warm bungalow. mmm. much tables well spaced. cake selection is too good. lots of parking near caffe. and they can film on youtube. no clock at station. Why? Five of me.

stops for lunch and look around the station and the cultural centre. the refreshment room is beautiful, suitable Vintage/Brief Encounter-themed and serves an excellent selection of drinks. for lunch I had the cake of the day that was homemade and delicious. friendly, very friendly, also staff.

great place. full nostalgia and a very tempting menu. I had already eaten, but I pushed a treacle tea down. I also saw a short walk in the little cinema.

in the karnforth train station, if they are in trains, there is a music before location, I was already often before, check opening times

Such a beautiful journey back in time. Cakes were lovely too!
