There is nothing easier to say than when some is done right, period. The dishes are well planned, perfectly executed and served with panache and willingness. I am glad this is not a starred restaurant. The Chef and Maitre D, both the owners, would be...under too much pressure and lose their charm. Finally, the wine selections, mostly italian are from the chef's own tastings and pairings. These are not well known, but great value for the price and ability to impress.

Especially during the season of the white Alba truffel, this restaurant with its complex menus is worth every Euro you spend here. The patron is in every night, a the service impeccable and the foods exquisit.
