We have the hotel in December on 60. Birthday of my mother and additionally booked for Christmas for 13 people, so much of the whole hotel... First of all for basic disappointments and negative impressions: It was specifically asked by us whether there is a Christmas tree and a small Christmas decoration, as it was the first time that we celebrate Christmas together from the house. That was agreed on the phone, but not the case. There were 0.0 Christmas mood, decoration, etc.... Was sad for us. For my mother's 60th birthday, we wanted to organize a surprise. For this, my sister and I called 3x with the boss to ask him to arrive 1 hour before decorating the room. That's how I've never experie...

When evaluating, you must distinguish between hotel and restaurant. I think the hotel deserves only three stars. The rooms are very bright due to the thin walls and on arrival all rooms were cooled, which did not allow a warm reception. The restaurant deserves five stars from my point of view. Breakfast has been varied with sausage/cask/ vegetables and fruits. There was also a wide selection of jams and egg dishes were freshly prepared. The dishes at dinner were excellent. You know the cook worked in a star restaurant. Both tasteful and visual, no desire remained open.

Excellent service, very friendly but not intrusive. Hotel and restaurant are decorated with style and love. The sauna hut is in the outdoor area and very beautifully designed. Excellent is the kitchen! A small, fine offer with gourmet character. Here too is a great service. We hope that the quiet but beautiful Warmensteinach is again in the trend. We'll be back. We were only in the restaurant today the food was excellent and very nice service. The ambience was very beautiful and will definitely use it again in summer as hotel guests. Service: 5
