We have the hotel in December on 60. Birthday of my mother and additionally booked for Christmas for 13 people, so much of the whole hotel... First of all for basic disappointments and negative impressions: It was specifically asked by us whether there is a Christmas tree and a small Christmas decoration, as it was the first time that we celebrate Christmas together from the house. That was agreed on the phone, but not the case. There were 0.0 Christmas mood, decoration, etc.... Was sad for us. For my mother's 60th birthday, we wanted to organize a surprise. For this, my sister and I called 3x with the boss to ask him to arrive 1 hour before decorating the room. That's how I've never experienced this in the hotel complex!! And I'm on my way and in many countries. This boss was by far the most unfriendly experience ever. There were even words like a word of power spoken in the mouth...?! So our surprise was due. This boss hasn't even greeted my parents, let alone congratulations, though he sits next door in the office and gets everything... How to guide SO a hotel was a big question mark for all of us. To the hotel itself: our room, we probably had the largest on the 2nd floor, it was nice. However, the shower was so small that you burn on the **** when you turn around. There are no shutters so that light always shines in. The smell in the bathroom was very strange when the ventilation almost ran like it was a smoker room? The door closing system doesn't work well at all. In some cases it was necessary to ask at the reception whether it was helped because the door does not open. Nice was the free minibar in the room... But that doesn't weigh anything else. Sauna and whirlpool: To get there, you need to get out of the hotel and a piece over the spa. Everything is easily visible from outside... Not so pleasant. The hot tub only works halfway, some nozzles do not care. In the sauna area it is not heated, the floor is EISkalt! Otherwise pretty made, but the cold is really unbearable in winter... Breakfast: Breakfast is served directly at the table with the help of floors and plates. Overall maybe a nice idea, but not thought to end. The table was overcrowded and you had no place. But the worst thing about this method was that poor employees didn't come back at all when you have to take everything on you and pick up and order on the way. We waited for a half hour for scrambled eggs... If you are vegetarian, there is unfortunately not much cheese selection. Dinner was very good and tasted everyone. Parts were very different, on the 1. Evening rather small and for Christmas Viiiel too big. But we are tired. The girls were very sweet and friendly and did their job well! Great praise! A lady told us that she served as well as cleaned rooms, took care of the sauna and then prepared dinner again... Allround talent and then so friendly, respect! Conclusion is, we're not coming back. We do not want to support such a troublesome boss once again that health is not enough, and in general we were quite disappointed.

Excellent service, very friendly but not intrusive. Hotel and restaurant are decorated with style and love. The sauna hut is in the outdoor area and very beautifully designed. Excellent is the kitchen! A small, fine offer with gourmet character. Here too is a great service. We hope that the quiet but beautiful Warmensteinach is again in the trend. We'll be back. We were only in the restaurant today the food was excellent and very nice service. The ambience was very beautiful and will definitely use it again in summer as hotel guests. Service: 5

Except for the belly dogs in the rooms a very cozy hotel. And the radiators have not really warmed up, probably have to be vented. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4

Wonderful hotel and great service. Nice little wellness area. Nice place to feel good. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5
