Brindille has an unassuming exterior, right next to a run-of-the-mill Irish pub of some sort, but once you enter inside, you are in the mecca of deliciousness (aka French food). Our first experience with Brindille was top-of-the-class from the get-go, when reservations were made via email. Carrie Nahabegan, the co-owner, and executive chef made sure we had our reservations lined up before we came to visit Chicago. But nothing could prepare us for the delight of dining at Brindille once we stepped through the doors. We enjoyed visiting Brindille since it was opened. Coming from the Four Seasons in LA and Naha, the Brindille team has definitely created some of the best French dishes (with a spin) in the past and present. The importance of creative French cuisines is the balance of the flavors from fresh ingredients and yes the sauces. Everything I have had here, were made perfectly with care. It is difficult to describe all of my experiences here so you will just have to try it yourself. But you won't regret it that is fo sure. Excellent dinner in every way. The food was fabulous including the watermelon tomato gazpacho, the tarte Tatin (savory) and the duck. And great cocktails too! And I can't say enough about our server, Evan. He was wonderful, gracious, helpful just perfect in every way. He helped my 90+ year old mom into her uber to go home what a gracious man. The ambience is lovely not too loud, but not too quiet just a fabulous experience in every way.

We celebrated our 30th anniversary at Brindille with the tasting menu and suggested wine pairings. The food was outstanding, particularly the halibut and the foie gras, but it was all wonderful. Service was impeccable and the vibe was decidedly comfortable and unpretentious. The chef even came out afterwards to wish us well. We loved it and hope to be back soon Reserva una mesa ahora

Wonderful surprise. service excellent and friendly….chef came out and sat with us for 5 minutes answering each of my wife’s questions on savory ingredients in the soup and main course. Dessert was high point with made to order multi taste delight. Everything was tasty! Went on Thursday night so quiet and comfortable. Will be going many times more JB

Fantastic meal, accommodated our changing requirements with ease and was so good one of our party decided to go back the next night. We were in town for an exhibition and will go back again next year when we are back. Chatted with the owner/chef, she was a delight

Fantastic food, generous portions considering the price. We loved the wine list and the Auxerrois that is still on the menu . Our server Evan? was fantastic. This place should be on more lists for places in Chicago. This was my third visit and I will be back.
