Two of us have dietary restrictions. We explained our food sensitivities/allergies to the waiter. 3 of our orders came out incorrectly. Two had the wrong side. One had an allergen on her plate. She sent it back and they tried to simply remove the allergen and put the steak on a different plate. I ordered my steak butterflied and it was not prepared correctly. It took a very long time for the order to come out originally. By the time the corrected orders came out, the other 2 people in our party were already finished with their meal. Stick with pasta. The wife had pasta with all the fixings and loved it. We 've dined here many times and I usually get spaghetti which is also excellent. Curious to try something different, I ordered the filet steak with fingerling potatoes which unbeknownst to me is actually french fries. The filet was quite small, slightly overcooked and just not something to write home about. Yes I would return to Brio, but in the future, I 'll stick to their tried and true, what they do best, and that 's pasta.
Disappointed with how long it took to receive our food! We had a toddler and you can only give them so much bread!! Didn't appear to be busy so can only assume they were short on kitchen staff. Still for the price.. expected better. Plus my food was good, however, it wasn't hot only warm.
