We made a reservation for New Year 's Eve at 7PM. I put in a request to have a table by the window. We got there 10 minutes to 7 and there were two other groups of people there to be seated as well. At least one of them also had reservations at 7. We told the waitress our name, she confirmed our reservation, and asked us to wait a moment to be seated. No big deal. But then the other two groups in front of us were sat, along with several people who came in after us. I finally told another hostess that we were still waiting to be seated and asked again for a window seat. I told them we would wait a few extra minutes for a window table, that it was no big deal for us. But she sat us in the bar...
The server did tell me he had never had any one order the sesame seared Tuna. I believe that should have been my indicator not to do it, but I thought it sounded good. The tuna did not taste fresh. Very Fishy. Turned me off of it a bit. The sauce served with it was excellent. The vegetable of the day and the rice were also very good. I really appreciated our server. He was friendly, accommodating and not intrusive. Just the right amount of service and care. Definitely will go again. Loved the view. Noise level was a bit high but there was a group celebrating Christmas, so it was to be expected. Being second floor, we also could feel a lot of movement which is a bit disturbing on occasion but...
we like this situation in jeffersonville, but for the ambiente, not as much as the original situation on bardstown road in louisville. the service was excellent, our server was tops. the menu is great with many favorites and the full bar is good. we have requested a window table for valentinstag and made the reservation well in advance. at the arrival we were told that there was no window table available. we sat at our table and noticed the same half dozen window tables that were empty throughout our time in the restaurant. when I politely expressed my unmistakableness about it, the hostes told me that they had no opportunity to know about cancellations and no shows. Reserved seat for two, with window preference. Arrived and three window seats were open. Hostess sat us without window. We told her we asked for window, the reply was everyone asked for a window. Ordered fried pickles and was told they were very dill flavored, pickles were either bread and butter or sweet. Filet mignon was ordered cooked medium, it was well done. Wine glass was dirty and cloudy. We normally think this is a top notch restaurant, but they were completely off base on this occasion.

The waitress seemed to try to rush us through the meal even though there were only one or two other tables occupied. The tuna was tough and chewy and did not have much flavor. The salad consisted of lettuce only and the Sweet Theresa's dish lacked flavor as well.
Mom brought her 91th birthday to bristol. Although eating not the best I ever had, it was sufficient, large selection, service was good, poor level was low, and the scenic prospects with the flow are fantastic. All-in-all a great experience.
It was new years eve and I was expecting a delay in service and seating even with a reservation. It was all good, and had no issues. The young lady that served us was as sweet as could be and was very attentive.
I like the Bristol for casual dinning but I wasn’t really impressed with the crab cakes... at all. I’ve had the burger and wontons and those were both really good.
