Delicious food, excellent service, and a fantastic experience overall! My friend and I visited during happy hour and enjoyed several cocktails, all expertly crafted. During this time, specialty cocktails are just $8.50 and regular mixed drinks are $6. We ordered the sliders and firecracker cauliflower, both of which were incredibly tasty. They also serve warm, freshly baked biscuits instead of the usual boring bread—what a delightful touch! I can’t wait to go back. This place is definitely one of my favorites in the St. Louis area!

This restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, outstanding service, and remarkable food. We started with the lump crab cakes, which were among the best I've ever tasted. For my main course, I had the filet with shrimp, asparagus, and lobster risotto, and it was simply fantastic. My partner chose the Chilean Sea Bass accompanied by parmesan-crusted Yukon gold roasted potatoes and lobster risotto, and his meal was excellent as well. Everything was perfect, and I can't wait to return!

Visited this business while staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in O'Fallon. It was getting late and my husband and I just wanted a quick bite. I was on a crab cake kick love them! He ordered lobster Mac and Cheese. We ordered through carry out. The quality of the food was great, staff were friendly and the whole process was seamless. Next time we're here we'll probably go eat in for dinner. Really beautiful atmosphere and top notch service and food. Give them a try!!!

Our server Zach, was absolute joy. He was entertaining, respectful, pleasant, and on top of everything!! When we go back, I am definitely requesting to have Zach take care of me again!!! The Seafood here is A delicious!!! The time the chef and staff takes to make their food signature and perfect is key and they succeeded!!!! I absolutely recommend the Alaskan Salomon!! 100% first class all the way ???? this is such a nice place to bring the wife or girlfriend. Once you walk in the door you will be greeted then seated with candle light table. Unless your like me seating at the bar please to which is always nice to just sit and relax. The food is delicious ???? from the first bite you will know these people have it going. So In review go ahead and enjoy the fine dining you want regretted thus decision.

We were celebrating at least three birthdays with a group of 13, and everything went smoothly thanks to our two waiters who did a fantastic job. The food was quite good overall, although the asparagus was a bit too crispy for my taste. However, any minor issues we encountered were quickly resolved. My steak, which I enjoyed the next day, was perfect—no knife needed! One last thing to mention: the portion sizes were just right for me!

We hadn?t been to Bristol?s in a long time and were pleased to see that the interior still feels welcoming and upscale, with a wide menu and excellent seafood across the board. We had a couple of service miscommunications, but those were quickly rectified, and the fish dishes, biscuits, and dessert were all delicious. Bristol?s is a timeless classic in the O?Fallon area.

Elizabeth coordinated my son's rehearsal dinner for 36 guests. I couldn't be more pleased with the accommodations, the table dressing, the quality and quantity of food, the customized menu, and the outstanding service we received from the manager and three dedicated wait staff. This is the only place I would recommend for seafood within a few hundred miles. While it may not be the best overall, it is certainly the best option in this area.
