Bristol Seafood Grill Creve Coeur

The waitress was friendly but was not very efficient. She served iced tea and left then we had to wait for her to come back around to ask for sweetener. Then had to ask for more after she came around again because there was only one packet of the type my husband uses. No gluten free alternatives .Not many people in restaurant at 4:30 but hostess sat two people in the nook right beside us not 4 feet away. Sorry to say, Covid, flu and rsv are still concerns at the moment. Food was good, but not feeling it’s a good value right now. Material on seats are starting to show wear.

We chose to have our anniversary dinner at Bristol. After being seated, we ordered our food but were then neglected for the rest of the meal. The waiter attended to every other table except ours. I had to get up and ask the manager for the check so we could leave. It was a mistake to eat there and I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It's worth paying more for better service elsewhere.

We have been coming to Bristol for years and it was always one of our favorite restaurants. Last night the food was only average. The vegetables were overcooked. The rest flavorless. Our waiter was scarce and rushed and actually kind of full of himself. We were very disappointed.

This was a wonderful dining experience. The food options were superb, and the fish we ordered was fresh and cooked to perfection. Joan provided exceptional service as our server, and the manager even took the time to check in on us during our meal. Reserva una mesa ahora

I went to Bristol’s because of the dish paella. It was terrible! The rice was overcooked the seafood was overcooked. I will never order that dish again even if it’s a special. However, they did not charge me for it which was good.

Service was fantastic! I had to give the food a 4 1/2 star as I had the steak which was really good but not incredible. I will be going back, will likely get fish, and will likely rate the food a 5 star.

the 8 of us had a wonderful time. eating was fantastic but most are waitress was great. we all appreciate the fact that it was so easy to reserve our table for 8 on open table!

Using this service we seem to get the worse table, near restroom, exit door, etc.
