Brix Burger - Reserva de mesa

Unfortunately my visit was rather mixed. The fries, which were initially cold, were replaced with fresh ones without any problem. However, it seems that a lot of things are prepared in advance, which doesn't necessarily improve the quality. When I ordered my burger, I noticed that the patties had already been pre fried and had just been put back on the grill to warm them up. Unfortunately I wasn't impressed with the taste I was hoping for a fresh and juicy burger. The staff, who were very nice and accommodating, should be positively highlighted.
