Service was friendly, thanks to bartender Jenna, who made the experience enjoyable.
As for the food and drinks, we started with the Maple Sriracha Wings (small order of seven), which were quite good. They had a nice balance of sweetness with just a hint of heat and a decent amount of meat on the bone.
Next, I tried the Burrata Burger, which includes a half-pound Angus patty made from beef, short rib, and brisket chuck, topped with burrata, bacon jam, arugula, garlic aioli, and fried avocado, served with hand-cut French fries. The burger was solid overall. The bun was fantastic—fresh and sturdy, holding everything together nicely. The burrata was creamy, and the arugula added a fresh touch....
