I recently dined at Brixx Pizza at Parkside in Cary and had a mixed experience. From the outset, our visit was marred by a less-than-pleasant encounter with the hostess. It seemed we interrupted her phone time, as she greeted us with a noticeably bad attitude. Throughout our meal, she was really pushy in the way she asked for our plates while we were still eating, which made the experience uncomfortable. The food was fine but the hostess had a problem that only extended to people of color. She didn't welcome me and barely acknowledged me and then didn't provide any utensils. Note this is a location where the hostess brings utensils to the table upon seating the guest. I thought maybe it was a bad day but then I started noticing how she was interacting with the white customers and her demeanor was completely different, friendly and she brought them utensils without the guest needing to ask for them Vegetarian options: Yes Dietary restrictions: Yes Parking: Yes Kid-friendliness: Yes Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
Ordered online to go after 10p, on a Saturday. Order was ready on time, no wait, only to be bagged. Ordered the bread stixx and Margherita Pizza. Everything was fresh, hot, and very good. Dietary restrictions: You can modify your pizza to accommodate diet and allergy restrictions, such as gluten, dairy, etc.
Ordered sangria, salad, spinach dip, Pizza. Had to send sangria back, it was basically box wine. Spinach dip was not necessarily a spinach dip. It was more like a side of spinach with cheese. Salad was extremely overdresse. Pizza and breadsticks were good.

The hostess was just so unwelcoming and rude that we were ready to leave. She would roll her eyes, act like it’s a bother to great and seat the customers. Luckily the waitress was nice and food was decent and good sized portions for the price.
Party of 8 went around 9pm on weekday knowing they close at 11. Waited for 15 mins at table and nobody showed up with water or to take order. Place wasn’t even busy at that time. Hope they figure any staffing issues.
Brixx is my Go To! They have the best service, food and drinks! I recommend it for a quick bite or a hangout spot and make sure your get Stephanie she is the BEST! Dalton has done a great job with the place
The atmosphere, the pizza, and the chicken wings! Great place to chill with family and friends! Great place to book for graduation parties or birthday celebrations as well,

Very good pizza. Can't give more stars as I'm originally from Jersey where they have some of the best pizza on the planet.
Sweet Thai chicken is a highly recommended pizza. Tried Margherita pizza as well. Must visit pizza place.
