If I could give a negative star I would. 2 years ago I went and they said I needed a treatment, said my insurance covers it, and told me my portion. I did it, paid my portion but the insurance denied it. They appealed but still insurance says no as its not needed. So basically, they ran up my bill for unnecessary treatments to line their pockets. They started sending me bills, I left no less than a half a dozens messages, no one would call back. Now I 'm sent to collections( first time in 20 years . For the second time, my appointment was cancelled even though I responded to the text message I received confirming my appointment.This time (8/21/23 appointment date) I even received a text notification that my appointment was in two hours only to arrive and be told my appointment was cancelled. I even showed the admin staff my text message thread proving that I did what was asked in terms of confirming my appointment before the deadline.I was still unable to receive my routine cleaning and asked to come back later in the day or reschedule to another day. I recently became a patient at Broadlands Complete Dental. I transferred from a different practice because it just wasn’t the best. Customer Service has been nothing but amazing, everyone seems very knowledgeable in their expertise. The office staff and Doctors are always happy to see you. They make sure your comfortable with any procedures you may be having. Doctors explain in detail everything that needs to be done. Cassidy (at the front desk) has no customer service abilities, and lied to me over the phone.She said would send important documentation right away, but then didn’t send them. After waiting for 30 minutes, and calling multiple times with no answer, I showed up in person. There was only one patient in the waiting room and things looked emphatically quiet.She had lots of excuses, including that they were really busy, the computer systems were down, and the supervisor was offsite. She made no sincere effort to help.Would not recommend this establishment due to bad etiquette, and dishonest and dismissive customer service.

Very professional and time saving service. Very thorough process of teeth cleaning and filing... I'm staying in here till my insurance is honored here : They are a neighborhood service, so it's critical for them to maintain a good reputation. The dental team is excellent for general dental work, but I wouldn't recommend them for orthodontics unless you just need minor adjustments. I ultimately had to go elsewhere to achieve the smile I desired. It began well, but over time I felt like just another number, and the quality of service decreased.
The service was highly professional and friendly. The staff took the time to explain the process, discuss the findings from the X-rays and pictures, and outline the steps needed to address any imperfections.
I experienced a dental emergency, and they were able to see me within an hour. The procedure was completed in just 30 minutes. Excellent work!

I had an excellent experience at today’s dental appointment. The staff were friendly and professional and I was examined with excellent care.
First time at broadlands dentist. And it was great . Everyone is very nice I don’t even like the dentist but I like them!
