Good food. They were open for a few days. It's their grand opening, so they still work the kinks that are understandable. They seem to deliver. You have a take-out menu. Many items to choose from, even root beer floats sunflowers. Sweet Tiki hat to sit with tables. I'm just glad someone did something with this place.

Broadway? You don't think...Well, the place is ACTUALLY beautiful outdoor Tiki hat atmosphere with very good food. You have to order the beach friars. Must!
