Broderick Restaurant And Bar

If i had to describe this place, i would call it a 5 Star Dive Bar. We had a couple of appetizers to start. The Poutine (deep fried cheese curds over fries and a gravy) was delicious. The appetizer Mac n Cheese was great as well. For our dishes we had the True Bleu burger and the Duck Burger. They 're huge and you can tell the patties are hand made. The duck burger was great. It had a lot of different flavor profiles goin on. I love Blue Cheese. The True Bleu Burger at the Broderick Roadhouse is not only one of the best blue cheese and bacon burgers I 've ever had, but it is without a doubt one of the best burgers ive ever had. I ordered it mid rare and it came out perfect. Thick bacon, lots of blue cheese, onion crisps, and a nice soft bun. I highly reccomend this place. I dont drink, but they had a lot of good local beers on tap as well. The waitress we got was very good too.

I had the Gold-Eisburger. It has bacon and Mac and chesse on it. On the one hand the burgers were huge!! Like Donald Trumpf huge, it was tremendously lol no but for real. My fist had the lambburger who had goat cheese and Arugula. In addition, the rotating craft beer on the **** is the icing on the cake! We went before the Rivercats game and we'll be safe back!

Service was A. I ordered the Cobb salad that was huge. It had a full chicken breast, and the house made Balsamico vinaigrette was delicious. We shared a basket of the spicy, tasty Banh Mi Pommes . My son enjoyed his generous plate full of biscuits and greny, and my hubby got a thick and juicy blue cheese bacon burger . Next time I try her banana pudding!

This place has the best Burger chicken sandwich. The Pommes were amazing. Read everything they put on any burger or sandwich or you will be spicy with something, or maybe something you don't want on your sandwich. Just ask them to go or add. We had one of the best servers. #firsttime #peopleoutofstate #thebestever

I ate lunch there the first day of their reopening . The Burger Old School was cooked perfect , were the fries . I left full and satisfied.
