UPDATE: WOW. NEVER COMING BACK. Turns out lying and bad service aren’t enough. It been well over a year since eating here and now they are charging credit card fees because they don’t know how to run a business. NEVER COMONG BACK. We LOVEd Bramas. However, service has steadily gone down hill since covid hit and has not recovered. Tonight I ordered a sandwich and paid. They came to our table as soon as we sat down to say they were out of my sandwich. I asked for my money back and they immediately came back to say they could make it after all. About 5 minutes later they come back and say they can make my sandwich but they are out of salami to which I replied, “then you can’t make my sandwich”....
The service was below average. It felt like we weren’t their preferred type of customers. Two families came in after us and were warmly greeted and escorted to their tables immediately after placing their orders, but when we arrived, we were only asked if it was for here or to go. We weren’t properly seated. After placing our order, the server simply walked away.
We ended up finding a table, where we sat for 40 minutes waiting for our food while the other two families who arrived after us were already being served. When I inquired about our meal, the server said, “Oh, you’ll have to wait because we’re busy with other customers and online pickups.” Overall, not a great experience.
If there were a way I could leave zero stars I would my experience was terrible. It was so bad I didn’t even get to eat. We waited in line for 25 minutes only for me to get to order and the “manager” come up there and say they weren’t taking anymore orders for 20 minutes due to no seating when there were clearly 4+tables open. Not only did she come say that she also yelled at a customer that was in line for asking a simple question. It is safe to say Bromas has lost a customer that has been going there for years.
The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were very friendly. I dined in on Wednesday, and the food was so good that I returned on Thursday for curbside pickup. I ordered the Patty Melt for both myself and my husband. In fact, I had the Patty Melt when I dined in as well.

The food is simple but good. The Deli should indicate that it is not fancy. I know many of the kids who work there and they are not rich or they would not have to work there. This is one of three restaurants in the same building each with different types of menus.
The food is good and the prices are very comparable to Sweet Peppers, Newks, etc. Yes the service is hit or miss but I 'm pretty sure it has nothing to do with local, rich kids.
Shrimp po boy was the most uninspiring I have ever had. Bland as hell. This blandness was enjoyed listening to the women behind the counter shout at each other. Won’t be back.
My kid is one of the not so rich kids that work there. Trust me, the kids work their tails off there. The food is great and the service is good. Worth a try!

Why are the people answering the phone and taking money at the to go counter so rude! I’m good I’ll take my business elsewhere!!!
Wonderful Christian atmosphere.. good prices.. great food.. Chicken salad with broma chips are the BEST!!!
