The service at this restaurant is quite disappointing. Brooke, in particular, is lacking in professionalism and seems to need to get her act together. It’s surprising that she has taken over everything in Houma, especially since the snowballs aren't really that great. They lack flavor and are as hard as a brick. Additionally, I think she should consider relocating to a better spot than right by the highway, where parking is a challenge. On a positive note, the staff members are very friendly, but unfortunately, they don’t seem to get the recognition they deserve.
This place is amazing and is open all year round. I've been eating here before it became the big business it is today. Brooke is still the same nice,caring, friendly owner she was before. She hasn't changed.Friendly staff, great customer service, very helpful. Amazing food. Great ice and Great Snowballs etc. A must stop by and try place. You will not be disappointed. Delicious mouth watering sundae! I really enjoyed the lemon lime snowball. The dessert is to die for leaves you satisfied yet thinking about the next time you can make this trip. The location is on grand Caillou rd where you can get a lot of different things. I’m 100% happy with the location. I wish they had a Brookes in Raceland.
Too expensive 2 fries 2 snowballs $25 that is outrageous its only ice potatoes then she dont serve real potatoes the frozen and wait is waaaaaayyyyyyyy toooooooo long!!!! Get it together Brooke and the sign outsode says $2 for fries FALSE ADVERTISING
