Bagels are good and it’s the closest bagel shop to me but the service is so bad that the short walk to the next bagel shop seems like the only option. A bagel with cream cheese takes at least 10 minutes to get. There are like 15 people working at a time and most of the time there are only at most 4 customers in the place. I get online orders are popular but the staff is running around like the line is out the door and everyone is ordering a dozen bagels.
