Brookmans - Reservar una mesa

A bit disappointed. Booked here for Mother’s Day. Didn’t realise they were only offering their Sunday menu which was very limited. Most restaurants offer a main menu alongside their Sunday menu so you have a choice or if only offering one menu most places would at least have a variety of food. Their Sunday menu didn’t even have the standard options you’d expect from a pub. If this was the case, I wouldn’t have bothered booking. Couldn’t book anywhere else as it was too last minute. A real let down.

After returning from the funeral a group of Us ordered food, unfortunately the food in some cases were terrible and dishes had to be returned and other dishes very basic. Unfortunately since the decor is beautiful. What's made it worse is we have received a parking notice because their parking isn't free and was never told by staff to register are car. We were there for 4 hours and was never informed. We spent hundreds of pounds on food and drinks. Just a terrible experience all round.

I have been here quite a few times over the years and have never been disappointed. The food is always of a high standard. The waiting staff are amazing. Even though they are noticeably busy they do not rush you as a customer and they are really knowledgeable about the food. The downside here is that it is noisy which adds to atmosphere but it is difficult to hear people speaking. They do have a conservatory which is quieter though.

Brookmans is a great place to dine, beautiful decor with seating in front and back. We chose our lunch. There was a lot to choose on the menu, all my guests were satisfied with food and drink menu, this family-oriented restaurant in an adult area. Staff are professional, welcoming and helpful, with a small baby in toe this was very important.

We popped by on a Saturday afternoon for drinks but couldn't help but be tempted by the menu. The cheese soufflé came drizzled with cheese sauce and it was the best soufflé I've ever had! A fluffy cheesy cloud of joy. Everybody at Brookmans was super friendly and the level of service was outstanding. We'll definitely be back.

Good food very helpful staff we had two young babies in the party. The venison was good if a little pricy. Toilets clean although little room to change babies. Comfortable and plenty of room on the restaurant and lots of tables outside for a warm day.

Wait staff could be a little bit more a vigilant. The only way I could get their attention was to flag them down as they don't do the eye contact thing here for some reason. Excellent food and excellent ambiance though, would certainly recommend it

3.75 stars. 3 minute walk from the station. Had a Sunday roast. Food was nice but at £20 thought it was a bit stingy on the meat. The establishment itself is very well presented. Beef roast was nice as was the pork.

Has lots of different areas to fit all purposes. The inside is very impressive with the high ceilings. Food options are great, some vegetarian. Dog friendly. Seats and tables are very comfortable.

Absolutely great. Compliments to the cook, perfectly cooked food. Excellent service. I ate my birthday dinner. Definitely returned and done.
