We had a early mid-week lunch, so not many patrons were there. Service was attentative, but did not pickup on food quality hint. The corn beef sandwich was Ok being a little dry for my spouse, I inquired abot 1000 Island dressing to enhance it. Waitress just replied they don't have any, she did not offer alternates and abruptly walked away. I thought this was odd since the resturant was empty and should care more about the customer experience. We are unlikely to return.
the service was great server jordan was one of the best. we appreciate his attention and his positive energy he always checked for us to ensure that our family had everything we needed. my 14 year old loves Brooks-thanks jordan!
excellent server (friendly, attentive and helpful, and eating was excellent. I ordered the keto bowl w/short rib and did not expect such a generous part! we will come back.
