It's a smart, but upscale facility. My friend and I had just migrated from a nearby chocolate and found this place; we almost went over the baked goods, but fortunately we decided to try a plunder mohspeis, a half-mond-shaped pastry with some sugar on the outside and more sugar/butter/fein chopped nuts/ a hint of spice on the inside. We were in Vienna just a week and we had nothing to touch there. It was rich like croesus, not too sweet, and with a wonderful texture and mix of flavors. We went back immediately and bought another pastry, a flat circle with a swirled filling of apples. I never saw a name associated with this second pastry that was a shame, as it was almost as good as the Plund...
Eine Bilderbuchbäckerei. Biologisch, regional, kompetentes und freundliches Personal sowie das Bäckereihandwerk hochhaltend. Und das schmeckt man mit jedem einzelnen Bissen! Auf unserem Weg nach Wien die Donau entlang sind wir an der Filiale in der Herrengasse in Linz vorbeigekommen. Auf unserem Rückweg von Wien über Linz haben wir sehr gerne einen Umweg in Kauf genommen, um hier nochmal einzukaufen und würden es immer wieder tun. Vielen Dank an die Betreiber und deren Mitarbeiter, die jeden Tag aus Nahrungsmitteln echte Lebensmittel zaubern!
Ganz klar eine meiner Lieblingsbäckereien. Alle Produkte die ich bis jetzt genießen durfte waren geschmacklich und qualitativ top! Dass sämtliche Zutaten regional und biologisch sind, ist natürlich ein besonderes Plus. Hier merkt man dass das Team sehr viel Herzblut und Leidenschaft in die Produkte steckt. Außerdem sind alle Mitarbeiter, egal in welche Filiale man geht, sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Danke euch! Bis bald, liebe Grüße :

Nice business, but unprofessional service: unfriendly and arrogant, on both occasions visits the store. Products were fine, in a case with poorly ground grain, which caused an unpleasant feeling during eating. It won't be back.
Brot ist super lecker und was mich so freut ist, dass kein Weizenmehl verwendet wird. Adäquater Preis für Gebäck mit vielen Nährwerten, bio und traditionell gebacken.
Das beste Gebäck ist hier definitiv das 'Dradiwaberl ' aus Dinkelvollkornmehl. Schmeckt ein bisser wie Wurzelbrot. Hier gibt 's auch Coffee To Go..
Wer leckere Backwaren mag, ist hier richtig. Kleiner Verkaufsraum mit liebevoll zusammengestelltem Sortiment. Definitiv einen Besuch wert.
